The wellness analysis is a 46 item questionnaire that focuses on areas such as nutrition, exercise, alcohol consumption, tobacco, safety, and stress.
It will analyze your current health habits and behaviors. Based on your answers the report will provide recommendations to help reduce your risk of future disease and or disability.
The analysis only looks at the aspects you can control. Everyone has some risk factors they cannot control such as age or family history of disease, but the analysis only takes into account the choices you make on a daily basis.
This analysis will show you how you can attain the best possible health for your situation.
