VO2 Testing
A VO2 test measures the amount of oxygen
your body uses at different exertion levels
while exercising.
The test can either be performed on our Woodway treadmill, stationery bike or your personal bike. You’ll start out at rest then progressively increase intensity until max values are measured.
With this

intensity (heart
rate) you can
exercise in
to improve
your fitness& endurance
level.
