MST Boot Camp

If the "Gym Atmosphere" is getting stuffy and boring, or you are looking for better results, the MST program is for you!

We use a regiment of military style boot camp training programs that has worked for thousands.  

Boot Camp 2

This program is designed to get you in shape quickly while burning fat and increasing your muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.

MST Camp

This is a very effective workout that you will come to love and look forward to. Our program is an excellent exercise alternative suitable for most people of all ages and fitness levels.

Class Schedule

The program

The MST program is a complete whole body workout that can benefit anyone. You will be exposed to a very broad range of exercises.

Exercises included in the program vary each class and program session. (e.g. various calisthenics, hurdles, obstacles, weights, tires, shopping carts, trails, hills, etc.).

You will be challenged in each class and will burning lots of calories!

If you are looking for a challenging and an efficient workout, then MST Boot Camp is just the kind of program you need.

MST is creative, fun and very demanding both mentally and physically. It is far from your usual choreographed indoor circuit Boot Camp classes.
