The training room
Our underground training room is filled with fat burning and toning equipment. You will learn how to properly punch-and-kick heavy bags, as well as fine tuning your eye-hand coordination by using the speed bags, striking bags, and mit pads.
The resistance from hitting heavy bags burns more calories, tones and strengthens your muscles much faster than if you were just using "air visuals" for resistance.
We keep the techniques simple to help focus on the fat burning aspect of the workout.

This class is designed for beginners and advanced membersl. It is self-paced; everyone progresses according to their own individual level.
