Jack Bell

 

Jack is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant with 16 years experience in the fitness and weight management industry . With his expertise and motivation you can rest assure that he will go much farther than just your training or class sessions. Jack is very motivational and inspirational to helping each and every person.  He is truly focused on living a healthy lifestyle as well as your personal needs and goals. Jack's motto is "Don't Cheat Your Body" ® and he is always willing to go the extra mile with you to insure your success.

Jack was also a power-lifting competitor (see below), coach, and judge for several years and was selected for the All-Army weightlifting team in 1989. Now, he shares all that he has learned, over the years, by helping individuals improve their lifestyles by correctly implementing  a structured exercise and nutritional regiment.  He also is helping advanced athletes improve their program, designed to achieve their ABSOLUTE best output.

Pictured below was a power-lifting competition that was held in Germany in 1989, where Jack set new records in three events and in the overall total as well. He weighed 132 lbs, dead-lifted 528 lbs, squatted 505 lbs and benched 342 lbs, for an overall total of 1375 lbs. This competition ranked him in his weight class in the top four strongest power-lifters in the world, according to United States Power-lifting Federation Rankings.
