Jack was also a power-lifting competitor (see below), coach, and judge for several years and was selected for the All-Army weightlifting team in 1989. Now, he shares
all that he has learned, over the years, by helping individuals
improve their lifestyles by correctly implementing a
structured exercise and nutritional regiment.
He also is helping advanced athletes improve their program, designed to achieve their ABSOLUTE best output.
