J-Blast
A specially developed 4-week “Transformation Challenge” program that provides you with structure, gudiance and support through your challenge.
This program is for those that are struggeling as well as those you may need a jumpstart to achieve their weight loss goal.
We encourage anyone looking to make a change not only in their physical appearance, but also their fitness level to participate.

Each participant receives:
- 2-Body composition analysis
- a structured weekly eating plan
- weekly weigh-ins throughout the program
- a structured weekly exercise routine
Each class session is
90-minutes in length.
You will also be assigned what we call "homework" to ensure you are restructuring your lifestyle which will help you achieve your goals. You will get feedback each week of your progress as well as new weekly nutritional and exercise goals.

The nutritional portion:
- Easy to follow meal plan with foods purchased at the grocery store
