You will also be assigned what we call "homework" to ensure you are restructuring your lifestyle which will help you achieve your goals. You will get feedback each week about your progress as well as new weekly nutritional and exercise goals.

The nutrition:

  • Easy to follow meal plan with foods purchased at the grocery store
  • I didn’t feel hungry at all and it was an easy to follow program

The exercise:

  • It was a great challenging and motivational workout
