We offer a wide variety of indoor& outdoor fitness classes. All classes are self-paced and designed for all fitness levels. Our classes are all custom tailored to give you a calorie burn of approximately 600 - 800 calories per class.

We pride ourselves in changing our routine in every class so that you never find yourself getting bored and your body does not get “used to” the same routine which helps prevent plateau. You will be challeneged with each & every class. Our motto is, “Don’t Cheat Your Body®” and we will help ensure that is not an option.

Indoor Cycling

This is a great exerciseprogram on a stationary bike. Our classes are combined with creative music, special lighting and Bikemotivational coaching. Cycling is a phenomenal cardiovascular workout that willhelp you maximize your goals.

 

Aerobics

This is an easy tofollow class designed to help you burn calories with low impact. It Aerobicscombines several kinds of movements for a variety of exercises to get a whole body workout.

Kickboxing

Challenger

This is a great workout to keep you motivated. You will be tested in several different areas of physical fitness, and each class you need to meet or beat your old score. This class makes you responsible for your own actions. If you train frequently you should do better each and every Challenger class.

 

J-Blast

This is a specially developed 4-week “Transformation Challenge” program. We encourage anyone looking to make a change not only in their physical appearance, but also their fitness level to participate. More Info

FAT Blaster

This is a class designed to be done through a variety of exercises in a circuit format done together with a buddy that will help you burn fat, increase your endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
