All classes are self-paced and
designed for all fitness levels.
Our classes are all custom tailored
to give you a calorie burn of
approximately 600 - 800 calories per
class.
We pride ourselves in changing
our routine in every class so that you
never find yourself getting bored and
your body does not get “used to” the
same routine which helps prevent plateau.

Indoor Cycling
This is a great exerciseprogram on a stationary bike. Our classes are combined with creative music, special lighting and
motivational coaching. Cycling is a phenomenal cardiovascular workout that willhelp you maximize your goals.
Aerobics
This is an easy tofollow class designed to help you burn calories with low
impact. It
combines several kinds of movements for a variety of exercises to get a whole body workout.
Kickboxing
Are you looking tochange your physique, but would like to improve your confidence level as an added bonus? Then you need to sign up

Challenger
This is a great workout to keep you motivated. You will be tested in several different areas of physical fitness, and each class you need to meet or beat your old score. This class makes you responsible for your own actions. If you train frequently you should do better each and every Challenger class.
J-Blast
This is a specially developed 4-week “Transformation Challenge” program. We encourage anyone looking to make a change not only in their physical appearance, but also their fitness level to participate. More Info
FAT Blaster
This is a class designed to be done through a variety of exercises in a circuit format done together with a buddy that will help you burn fat, increase your endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Shotokan Karate
This is a Japanese style ofmartial arts that originated in Okinawa. It is considered a hard style form-meaning techniques are done with power and intensity. However, Shotokan offers
