Progress tracking is your way of quantifying measurable changes in your body, as your workout and nutrition program advances. Such measurable changes include diameter alterations in your arms, neck, chest, waist, hips, thighs, and calves, percentage exchanges in your body fat and lean body mass, and overall differences in weight.

 

These measurable changes are indicators of how well your body is adapting to the exercise and nutrition regimen selected for you. By tracking those individual indicators over time, trends will appear that determine how effective certain customized exercises, activities, and nutrition plans are. Such trends point to the need for necessary changes in your routine, which will prevent you from hitting long term "plateaus" that slow advancement to your desired goals.

 

The measurable changes in your body are typically recorded every 4 weeks. These changes are then inserted into a software program that records and plots your results and generates a personal progress report, giving you documented proof of your progress and success.
