Metabolic Testing
Relives all guess work about how slow or fast is the rate of
your metabolism. Also, it shows you where your calorie range should
be, by determining exactly how many calories you may eat to lose or maintain
your weight.
Wellness Testing
A questionnaire that analyzes
lifestyle behaviors in the areas of
exercise, nutrition, safety, tobacco, and
stress. You will be provided a 9-page report that
details specific recommendations. Your report will help you understand your
current health status.
Special note:
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is strongly recommended
that you consult with a knowledgeable and experienced health care
professional before you begin or make changes to your exercise or nutrition
program.
