Weight Management and Lifestyle Modification Options

You do not have to be a member to take advantage of our Weight Management Services or Personal Training.

 

Meal Plans 

Includes: a personalized meal plan, exchange guide, grocery shopping list, weight and body fat test.

 

12-Week Program

Includes: one metabolic test, personalized meal plan, our custom meal and snack tracker, weekly counseling weight management sessions, and body weight and body fat tests.

This program is available to personal training clients for a discounted price

 

 

Metabolic Testing 

Relives all guess work about how slow or fast is the rate of your metabolism.  Also, it shows you where your calorie range should be, by determining exactly how many calories you may eat to lose or maintain your weight.

 

 

Wellness Testing

A questionnaire that analyzes lifestyle behaviors in the areas of exercise, nutrition, safety, tobacco, and stress. You will be provided a 9-page report that details specific recommendations.  Your report will help you understand your current health status.
