We have developed four different membership programs. Therefore, you can determine for the membership types below , which is the best program for you to insure you receive the proper amount of guidance and support to fit your lifestyle and budget. Our
programs will give you the structure to help you accomplish YOUR goals.
Depending on the program you choose, a certified personal trainer will develop your
customized training program. This will help keep you from hitting a plateau and becoming bored with your program.

options. We do not give membership prices over the telephone. So stop

Membership Options
BARE BONES
This program is for those who need "No Guidance" and would just like to workout during our office hours.
STANDARD
The standard program is for those who need some guidance and direction getting started and would like to have a workout planned and changed routinely. Also, those choosing this program will receive feedback concerning their body weight and fat.
BOOSTER
The booster program is for those who are tired of guessing and wasting valuable time. We will evaluate your lifestyle and get you started in the right direction. Your needs will be defined and you will have individual follow-ups to insure your goals are being met.
LIFESTYLE MODIFIER
This program is the "TOP DOG" and includes full support. This is by far the "best choice" and most advanced. It is designed for those who are frustrated and tired of the roller coaster weight cycling. You will receive all the necessary guidance and support to insure you long-term success.
