The Absolute FIT “LOSER Challenge” is the program you have been looking for to give you the best possible start to a NEW 2008 healthy lifestyle.
We are going to share with you Healthy Lifestyle Modifications concerning Exercise and Nutrition and how it plays a vital role in your ability to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight long-term.
The individual and couple with the BEST percentage of weight and fat loss will be considered the winner of the Absolute FIT “Loser challenge”. You will receive guidance and support throughout this program.

Why would I want to join a contest and how does it help people lose weight?
Great question. First, a contest caters to the competitive instinct in all of us. Whenever people are surrounded by others that are working hard to achieve their goals and “win”, it works as a motivator to keep them on track. It also encourages us to “step up our “A-game” and work harder when they see others reaching their goals.
Finally, contestants get to develop friendships with others who share very similar challenges and obstacles. These friendships can carry on long after the competition and act as a lifelong support system for healthy living. The greatest thing about weight loss contests is that all of the contestants are working hard to improve their health, therefore whether they come in first or not they are all winners.
What do you do to keep people form doing the rollercoaster, that is, losing and gaining it all back as soon as the contest is over?
Another great question. It is one of our most important challenges / rules to helping change the way people think about exercise and eating to help them stay off the rollercoaster ride. It is crucial to implement a lifestyle change and definitely not to think of it as a “diet” that has a start and stop date. This type of thinking fails every time. The changes we help implement to all of our weight management clients and weight loss challengers has to be carried over and viewed as a Way-of Life or Lifestyle Adjustment in order to have continued long-term success after the contest.
Through our weight management program and weight loss competitions that we offer, they increase you knowledge of how to deal with various temptations. For example, having a weak moment and splurging on one meal is not going to blow your entire program. However, it is when they become discouraged and the splurge continues from one meal to the next and it becomes a ritual that makes weight gain certain.
Our weight management program and weight loss challenge increase participants’ knowledge, changes attitudes and implement healthier lifestyle’s to achieve desired goals.
Very important tips to remember when deciding which programs or contest that should be avoided that will help you stay off the rollercoaster weight loss/gain ride:
